We aim to create a temporary, two-state, magical holiday art installation making downtown Westerly-Pawcatuck merry and bright this holiday season. A visit to the Starry Lights installation will be free and awe inspiring.  The innovative exhibition will include large-scale art installations created by CT and RI artists. Stroll the twinkling light trail from Westerly Train Station in Westerly to Donahue Park in Pawcatuck.
